TI is an investment fund headquartered in the Great Britain that allotted a great deal of its funds to the Eastern part of Europe, especially to Czech Republic and Romania. TriInvestments is presently investing into a residential real estate fund called European Residential Property Fund, whose managers are important names in the world of investment business.
EERPF offers different investment opportunities within residential areas from Europe, and in countries such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland and Romania. The fund was developed in order to benefit of the advantages of economic growth in these countries.

Developer
Crown Constructions is a Romanian property development company, specialized mainly in residential and office projects. Crown is a subsidiary of Morfi SA, a development firm from Greece with over 50 years experience in the domain, mainly active in Athens and Thessaloniki. It is the 4th subsidiary of Morfi SA and carries out the mission to develop quality residences and also a quality lifestyle. The company started its' activity in Romania in June 2005.
Our next residential complex is a join-venture project with Helios-Phoenix. It is situated in the North part of Bucharest - in Corbeanca, an area of continuously growing infrastructure and much needed services. A 33.000 sqm plot of land with opening to the forest, where will be developed the villas complex called "Apollonia Gardens". The complex will have 58 villas - three types of villas, two tennis-courts, one mini-football court, a clubhouse, a playground outside and another one inside, fitness center and mini-market. The project completion date is spring 2010.
As a diversification plan and in order to ensure quality services, we are creating a property management firm called Q-REIS that will manage our constructions. Furthermore it will manage properties of Crown Constructions, which it will be 4000 sqm of offices and commercial areas."
