Perla Nord is a residential project situated in Pipera - Mega Image area, that is to be finished in March 2009, with a total built area of 11656.66 sqm.
The ensemble is made of 6 buildings, 69 apartments, 101 parking places ad includes 2, 3 and 4-room apartments.
The height regime is Bs + Gf + 3 Floors.
